DIRECTOR & DEV PSYCHOLOGIST
AT HOLISTIC WELLNESS PSYCHOLOGY

Johanna aims to provide quality mental health care to women across different life stages, including new mothers and mothers-to-be. As well as being passionate about assisting women in their matresence journey, she also enjoys working within women’s health more broadly. This includes presentations of mood disorders (i.e. anxiety, depression, OCD), post-natal depression or anxiety, work stress, and trauma (i.e. birth trauma).

Other than treating clients holistically, she uses a trauma informed and compassionate approach in therapy. Johanna’s books are currently OPEN for adults who are seeking 1:1 Telehealth appointments on various weekdays.

MEET KIAH PAETZ

Founder & Dietitian
at Imbodi Health

Kiah is a passionate, non-diet dietitian who works in actively promoting a positive relationship with food and your body. She believes in promoting health at every size and rejects the notion that weight is an indicator of health. Instead, focuses on promoting behaviours that support overall well-being, such as regular physical activity, stress management, and a balanced and varied diet.

She uses a weight-inclusive and Health At Every Size approach, which emphasises respect for your body, acceptance of its shape and size, and a focus on behaviours that support overall well-being. Her goal is to help you find a healthy and sustainable approach to eating that aligns with your values and promotes a positive relationship with food and your body, free from restriction, guilt and shame.
