Clinical Pilates incorporates the principles of Pilates in combination with evidenced based strength, cardio, power, and mobility therapy to treat a large range of chronic injuries and diseases that may present at any age. Our Clinical Pilates sessions are run by Accredited Exercise Physiologists and are available as One-on-One Sessions as well as through Individualised Group Exercise Sessions.
To attend our Clinical Pilates Sessions, an Initial Consultation needs to occur where a thorough medical history, physical assessment and SMART goals will be addressed to create a tailored exercise program to meet your needs. You may also need to attend 1 or more one-on-one sessions so that we can demonstrate and teach you each exercise so that you feel confident with your exercise program.
