Moe has been managing me through pre and post rehabilitation from work related injuries over the course of a year. Her exercise prescription has helped my quality of life and overall physical health. I had a very easy road to recovery after having 2 hip surgeries.The clinic itself is in a great location, a beautiful view over Cape Stone village lake. There’s a wide range of pilates equipment and weights for strength training. I would highly recommend Prosper to anyone that is needing high quality prescription of exercise, overall knowledge around movement and exercise.

I have been going to Prosper for 8 months now and I absolutely love it. My initial consultation was with Moe. I'm 61 and had been having trouble with lack of strength and mobility. Couldn't even walk up a flight of stairs without holding on. Moe set me a programme and I haven't looked back. The benefits i have gained are fantastic. Walking into Prosper was the best thing I could have done. Bree and Moe are very professional and extremely friendly and they put me at ease immediately. Brianna and Moe are absolutely amazing at what they do! I have previously always found it hard entering a gym, exercise physiology or pilates studio due to the culture and clientele however I felt right at home in such a short period of time after stepping into the Prosper Physiology facility. If you are after a one stop shop where the instructors/ coaches take dedicated time to assist you with your health and fitness goals then this is the place for you! There are a wide range of classes available to pick from and if you give them a go I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
Bri and her team are exceptional. I attend reformer elsewhere regularly and Prosper really stood out to me. The space is incredible, with top tier equipment and the instructors are super caring and experienced. I attended Moe’s reformer Pilates and Shari’s matwork Pilates and loved it. Thank you!

I recently started seeing Brianna at Prosper Exercise Physiology after having my second baby. She has put together an individual program which is tailored to my current capabilities and exercise goals. This has helped me feel confident in getting back into exercising postpartum. Brianna has created a beautiful space in the new studio, which is genuinely child friendly. This makes the experience all the more positive as both myself and my baby feel comfortable being there.
I have been seeing Brianna at Prosper Exercise Physiology for a short time only, but have had such a wonderful, positive experience! I wanted to see an Exercise Physiologist because of an existing knee and leg injury I have and was excited to try Reformer Pilates. I've quickly become obsessed! Brianna has been extremely helpful in developing a program and modifying exercises to suit me and build up my strength. Her studio is stunning and such a beautiful, calming, safe space to be in. Brianna is incredibly down to earth, motivating and inclusive with a strong, weight neutral approach to health – a belief in health at every size. My experience with Brianna at Prosper has been a very positive one. She has been very supportive from the initial assessment by providing professional guidance and advice on the program that she prescribed it’s helping me to become confident and motivated and I’m seeing great results. Her Pilates studio at Capestone village has the most beautiful views overlooking the water and the feel of the studio is so luxe. Brianna is such a fun motivating instructor in the Pilates classes. I would highly recommend Prosper to anyone who wants a professional service to enhance their health and fitness.
Brianna gave me a great exercise plan that was simple to fit in and do at home. The plan extended after each visit and the online tool was excellent for keeping me on track. Within 2 visits I felt a huge difference, and am now exercising pain free whilst knowing what I need to keep doing to stay that way. I thoroughly recommend Prosper studio which has great new equipment and top notch private training space with the beautiful lake view, it's hard to beat.
I'm really grateful to Brianna for the difference she's made to my fitness and health. I started seeing her exactly one year ago with severe back pain after trying many other options and by far this is the only place that has helped ease my pain almost completely. She tailors my program really carefully in response to my varying needs. I also got great mental benefits and great enjoyment from the sessions .Her knowledge, commitment and approach is outstanding. The one on one sessions allowed me to really focus on areas of injury and pain but also work on strengthening and improving supporting muscles. She has taught me how to exercise correctly in order to achieve the full benefit without causing further damage. Would highly recommend it to anyone suffering an injury or wants to learn how to exercise safely and effectively.
I have been going to see Brianna since April 2021. My first appointment was fantastic we throughly went over any health issues and what I wanted to achieve. Brianna then personalised a program for me to do with her and also for the gym when I go. Every session since has been fantastic, my strength and fitness has improved greatly and I noticed results quite quickly.She explains everything so throughly and is happy to answer any questions you may have. I’m so glad I started at Prosper Exercise Physiology it has made such a difference not only for me physically but also mentally. I always look forward to my weekly session. In her new wonderful and warming studio on the lake at Capestone her vast knowledge and expertise in her field has advance my Golf game to a much higher level as a A grade athlete.Brianna has had a great variety of exercises through out our time together and I love learning and performing new exercises that push me to my limits which target muscles in a fantastic new range.If you were after a great workout that targets strength, flexibility, endurance, mobility and have a great time doing it at a wonderful location and beautiful studio I cannot recommend Brianna at Prosper Exercise Physiology enough.
